- Hastings Borough Council reserves the right to edit all advertisements
- Release forms are required for any adverts featuring children
- The quality of images has to meet our standards
- Hastings Borough Council has the right to refuse certain advertisers if they are not tourism related or deemed undesirable for the web
- Advertisers will be held entirely responsible for ensuring that their advertisement is factually correct and in no way misleading to the public
- Hastings Borough Council reserve the right to refuse or publish any advertisement, whether previously accepted or not, if full payment has not been received, or if any of the conditions, standards or codes are not adhered to
