Rye Art Gallery

Rye Art Gallery stands in the heart of the ancient town of Rye, displaying works of regional and national importance. The Gallery comprises two historic buildings, housing the Stormont Studio and the Easton Rooms.

The Stormont Studio houses the Gallery's permanent collection of fine art along with occasional temporary exhibitions. The collection specialises in paintings and prints from the 19th and 20th centuries, but there are also drawings, photographs, sculpture and some earlier works. The studio also holds the Stormont Archive of personal letters, texts and photographs from the gallery's founders Mary and Howard Stormont.

The gallery has two buildings linked by a garden.
