Half-term’s not humdrum

It doesn’t seem like five minutes since the school summer holidays, but there’s another break around the corner, and 1066 Country has plenty in store to keep your kids entertained.

All of our attractions are open for half-term, so why not give your children a taste of history at Pevensey Castle, Bodiam Castle, or one of our museums, or give them the chance to let their hair down at one of our stunning parks or outdoor attractions like Hastings Country Park or Bedgebury Pinetum.  Keep the kids’ brains active at Herstmonceux Science Centre or Yesterday’s World, where they can learn from interactive exhibits.

There’s special offers at some of our attractions this autumn and many of them are laying on special holiday activities or events.  Choose from things like spooky Hallowe’en crafts at Bodiam Castle, a ghostly trail through the gardens at Bateman’s, a spooky attic at Yesterday’s World or a different scientific theme for each day at Herstmonceux Science Centre.  The challenge will be choosing which one to do first!  See our Special offers for families page for special deals at our attractions this half-term.

Check our events list for more information.
