Christmas in Battle
- Saturday 29 November - A Christmas in Battle: Father Christmas switches on the festive lights at 5pm. There will be a parade down the High Street including Father Christmas, his Langton loons, the Kingfisher Band and Uncle Bumble and Crazy Bumble. Lots of entertainment and attractions.
- Sunday 7 December - Lights of Love Service: 3pm Service of Remembrance in St Mary's Church followed by the tree on the Green being lit by the mayor at 4pm.

- Thursday 11 December - Gala Evening 6pm - 9pm: Shops, banks and offices stay open until 9pm. Staff will be dressed in their best fancy costumes, Father Christmas returns to his grotto at The Almonry together with music, competitions and entertainment throughout the town.
Free parking in the Abbey car park for the evening.
Christmas in Bexhill
- Friday 28 November 2008 - Town Centre Christmas Lights switch on
- Friday 5 December - Bexhill will be holding their annual late night shopping event for all the family, starting at midday. Street entertainment for the children, masses of 'freebies' to try from the traders, carol singing, street competitions, a raffle.

- Saturday 29 November: Santa arrives in Heathfield - he will be in his grotto from 1.00pm - 3.30pm.
4.30pm meet winner of Spot the Robin competition and switch on Heathfield lights. At 5pm Santa departs.
